A letter to YOU!

Dear Readers of this blog,

I have been approaced recently by a couple of avid followers of this blog and they have asked if they could be a guest "Poster", or in other words if I would be willling to accept posts from guests from time to time. I have given this alot of
thought and I have decided to accept guest posts. This will help me continue this wonderful blog, in spite of the fact that my time is much more limited as I have become employed full time in my husbands CPA practice.

I would like to invite you to email me your sample posts, that should include the following:

A. A Tip, handout or idea that relates to Visiting Teaching.

B. An example of the way you would present the monthly Visiting Teaching Message from the church, to your sisters and the handout that you would share.

C. A true story that has happened in your life, with regard to the sisters you go Visiting teaching to currently or past, or one that has happened with you getting visited by your own Visiting Teachers past or present. (True stories only) I would love to hear wonderful stories about Visiting Teaching experiences that have happend with your Mom or sisters, etc, but they must be true. Sometimes humorous stories are fun as well.

D. For Handouts, you could submit them to me in a jpeg format so that they can be copied by the readers.

E. As you know, I use photos alot, and I would love to have you submit your photos that relate to Visiting Teaching or your Post or submission. I love vintage and that has been the focus of this blog, so if you have vintage photos, all the better. Make sure you own the photos or get permissions to use them on this blog, from those who do before submitting. Permissions need to be in writing and included when you send them to me.

Well, I think that this is about all of the criteria that I will require. Please make sure your contact information is included with your submissions. I will make sure that you get proper credit. Make sure that NONE of your submission is copywrited by someone other than yourself and if it is by yourself, then please submit a short authroization for publication and usage for this blog.

Understand that not all submissions will make it to the "Posting" stage, but don't let that keep you from submitting more and more ideas. The more creative you get, the better off you will be as you strive to serve in Visiting Teaching as well as other callings. If your submission does get selected for "Posting" I will email you and let you know when it will be posted.

I personally can't wait to hear from you as I love to ad dimention to everything I do. I love to share ideas and do through this blog. I will be taking submissions for the Visiting Teaching Surprise blog as well, so get creative and share.

My soul purpose for keeping up this blog, other than the fact that it is fun, is to share and give service through sharing. As we serve each other, we lift and bless each other though our talents and creativity and love. I hope that you will share with me, thus enriching and blessing the lives of others.
